Placing Your Order

Orders can be placed using our convenient and secure shopping cart. If you would prefer to personally place your order, you may call us at (888)-811-0102, M-F 10:00am - 5:30pm, Sat 10:00am - 4:00pm Central Standard Time. You may also fax in an order to us at (906)563-5341 or mail in an order to Pine Ridge Soy Candles, 102 Sundance Drive, Norway, Michigan 49870.

Methods of Payment

Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express are securely accepted on-line. You may also securely use a new or existing PayPal account.
We also accept payment by check or money order for phone or mail-in orders. Checks and money orders need to be made payable to: Pine Ridge Soy Candles, and mailed to: Pine Ridge Soy Candles, 102 Sundance Drive, Norway, Michigan 49870. Product will be shipped after payment has cleared our bank. There is a NSF check return fee of $25.00 per check.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an e-mail order confirmation within 48 hours of your order being placed. If you do not receive an order confirmation within this time, call 1-888-811-0102. This is to insure that we have received your order, and it was not blocked by spam filters either ours or yours.
Our candles are hand-poured to order. This allows us to ship the freshest candles possible. It also means allowing 3-5 business days after your payment is received for us to ship your order.

Shipping Information

Orders are shipped when payment clears. We ship product within the USA only. We do not ship internationally at this time unless special arrangements can be made. We ship through USPS priority mail. Non-refundable shipping and handling charges will be added to all orders.

Sales Tax

Michigan residents are subject to 6% Sales Tax.

Product Disclaimer

All of our candles are hand-poured. Candles may vary in appearance and may not be identical to images shown. Soy wax has unique characteristics, which do not negatively impact their performance. (Refer to "How do you know if my candle is soy?" question in our About Soy Section)
Pine Ridge Soy Candles is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss of any kind due to your use of any product purchased from Pine Ridge Soy Candles. In any case, our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for the product. Your purchase from Pine Ridge Soy Candles signifies your acceptance of this information and policies.

Damaged or Broken Items

If product arrives broken or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours. We will ship out a replacement for the damaged item as quickly as possible. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We will let you know what to do with the damaged items.

Returns

1. Contact us by phone (1-888-811-0102) or e-mail prior to returning product and within seven days of receiving product.
   
2. Whenever possible, return merchandise in its original packaging. Repack items securely, refunds will not be issued for items damaged during return transit back to us if damage is due to improper or inadequate packaging.
   
3. Include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.
   
4. Include a note stating your reason for the return.
   
5. Ship returns via UPS or U.S. Postal Service (delivery confirmation & insurance recommended) to Pine Ridge Soy Candles, 102 Sundance Drive, Norway, Michigan 49870.
